Fuse2times work with print-on-demand company, which means most of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. Unfortunately, this also means that we’re not always able to offer refunds or exchanges if you’ve ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. In the case that we are able to offer returns, the item must be returned within 60 days of delivery. When we offer returns, there is never a cost to return that item.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, We absolutely offer a free replacement or a refund. You’ll simply need to contact us within 60 days of product delivery. We’ll first ask for a photograph of the item showing the issue. Depending on the issue, you may be asked to return the item to us. If you are asked to return the item, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label to do so.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, though of course, the packaging may be opened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which you can find by logging into your account.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
